Shabneez Khodabocus - CEO
With over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector, Shabneez Khodabocus aspires to lead Aura Global Management Ltd as Chief Executive Officer. She holds a BSc in Political Science and an MBA from Mauritius and is a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors.
Shabneez has extensive experience in company formation and corporate structuring, having assisted in the establishment of a wide range of entities. She has successfully led teams in delivering tailored solutions that enable individuals and corporates to achieve their objectives while optimising strategic and operational benefits.
Known for her ability to simplify complex concepts, she combines strong analytical thinking with sharp business acumen, identifying opportunities and developing effective strategies by leveraging both internal and external expertise. She carries out her responsibilities with integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

Tarweeza Sooba – Managing Director
Tarweeza Sooba is an accomplished senior executive with over eleven years of experience in the financial services sector, driving business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic market positioning. She possesses deep expertise in business development, regulatory compliance, and directorship roles across multiple Global Business, Investment Dealer License entities and Associations in Mauritius.
In her previous role, she played a founding part in shaping the company’s strategic vision, launching operations, and strengthening its industry presence through high-impact networking initiatives and strategic partnerships. Tarweeza holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from University of Reading. She is further complemented by international certifications in Mediation, AML, and Entrepreneurial Leadership.
As Managing Director of Aura Global, her role represents a natural progression in merging strategic vision with deep domain expertise. With a strong and expansive professional network, she enhances the company’s reach and strategic opportunities. She believes in adaptive thinking, disciplined execution, and building a business grounded in commercial strength and client trust.
